Time limit

Send your refund request within 24 hours of your purchase. Requests after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Which plans can be refunded

All plans, including multi-device and lifetime plans, can be refunded within 24 hours if the service was not used much: less than 2 hours of viewing in total.

When we cannot refund

• The service was used for 2 hours or more.
• The login details were shared with other people.
• The plan has been active for more than 24 hours.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@cr7iptv.net or message us on WhatsApp. Include the email address you used to order and the reason for the request. We reply as fast as we can.

Player apps are not covered

Licences for player apps such as CR7 Player or Kyro Player are sold by their developers, not by us. Refunds for those apps follow the developer's or app store's own rules.
