Getting started
What do I get after I pay?
We email you an Xtream Codes login (server, username, password) and an M3U link. You enter them in your player app. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Can I watch on more than one screen?
Yes, with a multi-device plan. Plans cover 1 to 5 screens at the same time. Each screen can watch a different channel.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Our plans do not auto-renew. When your plan ends, you choose if you want to buy again.
Do I need a VPN?
A VPN is not required. Some customers use one for privacy, but the service is made to work on a normal home connection.
What internet speed do I need?
We suggest at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. A wired connection is more stable than Wi-Fi for TVs.
Is there a TV guide?
Yes. We provide guide data (EPG). It shows inside player apps that support a guide, such as Kyro Player.
Are all channels in 4K?
No. Quality depends on the original broadcast. Many channels are HD, and 4K is available where the source is 4K.
Plans and payment
What is included in every plan?
The full library: 25,000+ live channels and 60,000+ movies and series, in HD and 4K where the source supports it. Plans only differ in length and number of screens.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Some regions may add taxes at checkout.
Can I upgrade to more screens later?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we help you move to a bigger plan instead of buying a second subscription.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 24 hours of purchase, with less than 2 hours of viewing. Refunds are not possible if the login was shared or the plan has been active for more than 24 hours.
Is lifetime worth it?
It depends how long you stay. One year on one screen costs $59.99, and lifetime on one screen costs $289.00. Lifetime suits people who already know they will keep the service for several years.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You only fill in a short form. No payment details are asked, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
How fast do I get the trial login?
Usually within a few minutes, by email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp.
Can I test with CR7 Player?
Yes. The trial login works in CR7 Player, Kyro Player and other IPTV apps that accept M3U or Xtream Codes.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing automatic. If you want to continue, choose a plan and we email you a full login.
Devices and apps
Which devices are supported?
Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Fire TV Stick, Android TV and Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and boxes, Roku where an app is available, and Windows or Mac computers.
Which app should I use?
Kyro Player on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Android TV. CR7 Player on Samsung, LG and Fire TV. Any player that supports M3U or Xtream Codes will also work.
Do I need a separate plan for each device?
No. One plan covers the number of screens you choose, and you use the same login on every device.
